Working with and alongside women at FDR has allowed me to enhance my work and increased my knowledge to be more effective in diversity, equity, and inclusive practices. We explore all levels of intersectional experiences of different groups of women with the same end goal. The support of women holding hands is amazing. Today we salute you all!

Rebeca Gonzales
Big Data Research and Analysis ExpertI have thoroughly enjoyed developing my technical skills while working with FDR, while also applying intersectionality and feminist principles in everything we do. Taking on important responsibilities such as leading workshops, managing projects and advising on analytic decisions has been so positive — and not just for my resume — but also for my self-confidence and development as a leader. It’s wonderful to also have worked with so many talented women who have been there to support and guide me.
