Oliver Chapman

Oliver is an International development practitioner with 20 + years of professional experience from assignments in 19 countries in Asia, Africa, and the UK. He has worked across multiple sectors and themes at the Asian Development Bank, in NGOs and consultancy firms, with an emphasis on participatory and inclusive development, and forming strong multi-stakeholder partnerships in the process. He has in-depth experience in managing culturally diverse teams of staff and consultants to generate knowledge and support the full project and policy life-cycle. He has expertise at Project and Program Management, Strategy Development, Monitoring and Evaluation,  Youth, Citizen and Civil  Society  Engagement, and Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity in Development. He passionately believes that inclusive and participatory approaches to development are not only appropriate on their own terms, but also foster superior development results.
